1. I learned that the world has many other problems then America. Such as places of saudi arabia and the president of israel dying. Something else I learned was that we should be keeping up with new ourselves because it is important to new things going around the world other than our own country. We should also make sure to learn about a new thing everyday and do this more often because it makes our brains work hard and help us learn how to find information fast.
2. Since Literacy means the ability to read and write, news literacy should mean that we are able to have the ability to read, write and find news. 3. It helps people have a voice other than the government. The newspaper allows us to have a voice and help us vote out other people in the government because nothing is more important the the voice and power of the public. 4. The role we play is voting out the people who we think is not suited for something through the news and our power. In a democracy, it is run by a government and we vote in and vote out the government. We should have the power to voice our opinion as one and vote out the things we seem do not fit right for the democracy. |
